The Barn was converted from a working farm equipment shed in 2017. All weddings at Seacliff utilise the space because it provides a cost effective alternative to marquees. It also has the benefit of being able to handle all types of weather. It also boasts a large white sandstone fireplace which is really cosy for those Winter Weddings.
Indicatively, The Barn can accommodate up to 130 guests with dance floor. We recommend you speak to South Coast Party hire for detailed advice on seating arrangements.

Seacliff House works with South Coast Party Hire for all furniture and event equipment eg. they provide all the gear for your dining room or dining area, break out areas, coffee tables etc. Call us on 1800 442 388 to discuss your needs.
Seacliff House has additional men’s and women’s bathrooms built to service the Barn area. They adjoin the main house and are in close proximity to the space. In addition to these bathrooms there are toilets located near the ceremony and lawn areas.
